WTF is this???? I'v been wateing 6 hours or so....cant start training..!!!
Your brain, while quite capable of performing many tasks, is still recovering from the ardor of your last skill learning.
Please let your neural receptors rest for up to a minute before training again.

I didnt got any implants, and it was 7 hour ago I completed skill training, and now I cant start another..
