I do level 3 missions for my agent, he only ever gives KILL missions and I haven't ever had a problem
Using my fantabulous RUPTURE loaded with 720mm cannons and small missile launchers with 3 Heavy drones or 6 scouts
wait till the bad guys get to 45km and let rip .. the 10k rats drop like flies, the 40k rats never get close enuff to land a Hit and the 110k Named or extra hard baddies get your full attention without back up ... KABOOM ! !
Can't see whats so difficult unless your watching DVD's at the same time :D

yeah but you know Exactly what will happen when level 4 agents get released ... CCP will cut our standings in half so we have to work twice as hard on the level 3 to gewt back up to level 4 again ... /ends herself

30k for light missiles .. u can sit at 31 and watch the boogers get right up to your nose then vanish :)
you will find that with skills and MODS your range increases .. my Optimum with 720s is 32k, using Depleted uranium , thats 20 shots each instead of 10 and no range deficit
