I just had a reimbursement petition answered and sorted within 3-5 days. And i didnt get the "Our logs show nothing to warrant a reimbursement" because i dont petition stupid crap like "Halp got killed by griefer" or "Halp got in too deep in a mishun" etc. And i only ever petition when there definitely was a bug involved.
Also i had a stuck mission petition (lul rhymes) answered within 20 minutes.

Offically it has been a week and a day, and im considering calling my credit card company, and telling them to issue a charge back for a service not rendered. Absolutely rediculas.

If I were you I'd contact your government and ask for a refund on the portion of your parents' taxes that went on education, as the schooling system where you are has obviously failed you

How long for an account Ban? a friend woke up one morning to find he got the EULA something message and his account permanently banned. He said he filed it on the website and not in game, as that was his only account, the banned one.

Youve had this over sized petition queue since release and you still cant work out hiring more people to answer petitions will fix the problem.
Hell, dont even fire the walking in stations muppets, just get them to answer tickets untill theres no tickets left! Or is that too below them?
But then again, why would you care about customer support, afterall it costs you money to support your customers, and hell, 'we cant buy sports cars if we do that!'
Me delaying my payments to you for eve would not be acceptable to you... You delaying your support to me isnt acceptable either, especially when the resolution is so simple.

Cause taking someone who's hired as an artist or code monkey, doesn't mean they are knowledgeable on how the GM mechanics work or good for customer service.

well just to add to this problem this is my alt ....my main char is inactive rite now cause i forget to click on that plex card the night befor .....my main char has been waiting 4 days for a reply and my alt is about to explire aswell and its time card it on the main char so u a little mad and ticked off hmmmmm
COME ON CCP/EVE TEAM GET THE BALL ROLLING
so we can play once again

Yes I'm 100% sure that a situation that's 200% your own fault, is very high on the priority list compaired to people running into problems caused by CCP that are preventing them from playing.
