if it's about a ban, it takes 2 weeks, my friend had the same thing, it has to go to a senior GM, which takes a long time, as Senior Gm's have more then they can handle on their plates most of the time.

err better explanation. Account was perm banned, filed petition to ask why, before got an answer he filed a chargeback on the creditcard for time not spent buy paid. After he got a reply, he gave some info on the seller of the isk, hacked the isk...

How long for an account Ban? a friend woke up one morning to find he got the EULA something message and his account permanently banned. He said he filed it on the website and not in game, as that was his only account, the banned one.
