I tried out EVE a couple years back and couldn't get into it. However, when I joined back up last summer I had the opportunity to join a corporation that made me feel at ease despite my real life demands (5 kids and shift work). CORE has always been a great group of people that doesn't mind doing its best to help out its members in nearly anything they ask. We do our best to practice combat, mine with others in the corp, explore, run gate camp surveillance, etc. And with that, all we ask is that you do your part to help the corp grow. All that and still have fun, of course!

There are plenty of Corps in Eve, so when you browse through these pages on the forum, and found this post. You may quietly ask yourself, "Why should I join this corp?"
Well, many have asked that questions, and here I provide one answer out of many.
As Sir Trump pointed out. There are plenty of corps in Eve, plenty of others pilots with huge ambitions, dreams, goals and they formed different corps. Some high sec, some low sec. However, many of them failed to become what they wished to be, and they closed down, the corp dissolved, and the members are yet again - homeless.
CORE is like one of those corps, we have a list of goals we are striving to achieve; we have those grand visions for our corp, for our members, for our future. However, what makes CORE stand out from the rest, is we have people to actually see it through, work it out, and make the changes happen. Having a nice goal for the corp but do nothing to make it is a waste of everyone's time. Don't let that happen to you.
Enlist, join us, we are are serious corp, looking for serious players. We are not asking you to play 24/7, but if we invest in you, we hope you invest in CORE.

We do missions. mission blitzs etc. It's always more fun and easy when higher level missions are done in a group. and CORE is a great group.

we have recently opened up some lvl 5 agents and we are running them as fleet ops when our agents like us enough to give them in high sec

Hey, been playing eve for about 6 months now mostly mission grinding.
Need a corp in mid sec? 0.5 space, like Aufay or Oursuaert I usually play 5-6 hours a day as I got laid off recently.

As we are Caldari based you will need an OK Caldari standing but sounds like you are willing to work on that. I have the opposite problem (Gallente hate me) and I'm working on being more neutral.

I have a satisfatory standing with Caldari, and a fair on Amarr Empire last I checked this morning, and I sent my Pilot Papers, applied in game HQ, and tried to contact the officers like it said on the website, but no one was on to convo. So, I sent all the officers an eve-mail to let them know about all that I have done, and my standings. I know this does not get me in, but just making sure I have everything right and not get considered due to me not following instructions.

I have also applied recently. I applied in-game and have submitted my pilot papers. Pritch1 said he would talk to me today at some point so I am waiting on that, though I may have missed him. Sadly it looks like I play when none of the other recruiters are on.

Mindmazer was able to convo me in game and give me an indepth interview, and found my Pilot Papers. As well as, clear up all the questions I had about C.O.R.E., and get a better understanding of what the C.O.R.E. is about and the future of C.O.R.E.. I was impressed with the professional interview, and you guys mean business, but that should not stop anyone on applying. That just means you guys got it together, and are not letting anybody in who can mess with the C.O.R.E.'s goal. Well good luck and fly safe.
