oh oh, it was you, you were in ATUK and in HED local the other day when i posted about blowing up a condor with a modulated tachyon that got destroyed then you said something like, we blow up battleships which are actually worth soemthing almost everyday.
I just wanted to say, modulated tachyon is worth more than a BS kill as its worth somewhere in the region of 50mil whereas BS insurance= 20-30, now i will be quiet. Mimiru > It'd be a tie, the monkies nerfed pooflinger wouldnt have enough tracking to hit the parrot orbiting him, but the parrot's beak is so small it couldnt break the monkey's fur tanking. |

Aeryn Sun crashed, hell ive crashed under the same circumstances. Of course I was called a noob I believe by Zeal Dragon, the irony is overwhelming. But doesn't change the fact that Catch is set to 1 our of 10 on the bandwidth monitor.

In order from left ro right:
1. Speaker settings: This can stay as a startup item 'cause it's small and handy. 2. Dial-up connection: that's ok too. 3. No idea what that is. 4. Intellimouse software - doesn't need to be loaded at startup to offer the same functionality. 5. nVidia Desktop Control - memory hog and not needed unless you use dual monitors. 6. ICQ Lite - memory hog and loaded with spyware/adware. Get Trillian instead. 7. MSN - only useful if you've disabled the popups. Get Trillian instead. 8. Teamspeak - \o/ 9. Task Manager? 10. Some sort of RAM monitor - these programs generally don't work. Use CachemanXP instead.
to stop those programs loading up each time you boot your computer, use this program.
Oh, and yeah, please convert images to jpg at least because that was a long download for just another gank.
lol
just use msconfig to edit all your startup Sass Arcane Technologies |

Aeryn is one of the most respected peeps around and to kill him with 30 odd ships and then try and tell the whole community he is a lame log off merchant is a whole nother thing.
We killed Xirt in U3K a few weeks and he 'lost connection; whislt we killed him. Did we run to the boards with screenies ???
A simple 'CA have returned home and made U-Q first priority, re-taking of the homelands begins' might have surficed ??.
Yes I agree with your 'its only a game' . Which can be evidenced in the way we responded to Wild Hopes post vs the way the ever so mature CA peeps respond to Jimmys posts.
Ok, i wasnt on when Xirt lost his apoc but i do believe that is from boombox (atuk spy) who got our deadspace and gave it too ATUK...

There is no way atm with current server 70 man fleet could be engaged. If we "we" being xetic also bought a 70 man fleet to hed 140 peeps in same spot trying to fight it would pointless half would crash, frame rate would be like 0.001. Why doesnt CA just bring a 15-20 man fleet where someone could actually have a fight that doesnt rewquire typing you password every 5 secs to log back in. Please do not take this as flaming at all it is a serious question of why CA brings such a big fleet. Id also ask no one not in CA starts flaming it either please.
1: We got a lot of pilots lookign for action. Seems rumors of our demise were a tad off.
Unfortunately this blobbing is not a new thing. Bull****. That you have many pilots looking for action is NOT really the reason. Cause every half decent PvPer knows there is no action in a 70 man blob. Your 70-man gang doesn't kill more ships than I alone can do. The real reason is that your pilots are scared. They are afraid to go into small engagement where it's about skill instead of lag. So, after taking lots of losses in smaller fights it's very usual for CA to blob up like this. It's a confidence boost. They get to show themself how 'good' they are. And they can feel pretty safe. And should they score a gank kill all 70 of them get registered in the CA killstats. So that their members can say "yea, I lost this fight with you, but look here, I've killed 10 battleships over the last month" (nevermind he had 69 others sharing those kills and the victim never loaded space)(and like 10 ships over a month is something to brag about).
"Seems rumors of our demise were a tad off". Not at all. That you immediately created such a huge blob once the better players came back from Fountain shows that you are weak. While a 70 player fleet may seem like something strong, digging deeper and asking why shows something entirely different.
Yeah...ok dalman, ur right SA is WTFPWNING CA in every engagement we ever have...we can never win on skill its all about luck and lag. We are a bunch of carebear ark hugging noobs and ATUK are godly...
In all honesty, SA/ATUK forces jumped into HLW, they had 2 or maybe 3:1 odds as far as fighting ships we had at that time but we got reinforcements quite soon and got even odds then even outnumbered them. Funny thing is though, when we began to get to an equal size force (numbers wize, probably not battleship wise) ATUK magically disappeared...hrmmm wonder where they went when they realized it wouldnt be a quick gank opportunity...
