Yeah, you definitely need to turn off some of those startup items.
In order from left ro right:
1. Speaker settings: This can stay as a startup item 'cause it's small and handy. 2. Dial-up connection: that's ok too. 3. No idea what that is. 4. Intellimouse software - doesn't need to be loaded at startup to offer the same functionality. 5. nVidia Desktop Control - memory hog and not needed unless you use dual monitors. 6. ICQ Lite - memory hog and loaded with spyware/adware. Get Trillian instead. 7. MSN - only useful if you've disabled the popups. Get Trillian instead. 8. Teamspeak - \o/ 9. Task Manager? 10. Some sort of RAM monitor - these programs generally don't work. Use CachemanXP instead.
to stop those programs loading up each time you boot your computer, use this program.
Oh, and yeah, please convert images to jpg at least because that was a long download for just another gank.

Edited by: Tristan on 25/08/2004 08:16:55 Josh, why use yet another program to stop stuff loading at startup?
theres only a few places they are going to be for start up.
startup folder, registry in run or run once
you can disable many in their settings, or just remove them from the startup folder under start > program files.
Besides that, theres not that much there running really for a modern machine with GB's of ram and a fast CPU.

"log off lamers"???
So Aeryn jumped into a gang of 76 players and crashed and you call him lamer for that? Cause that's what I assume happened, as there's no point of logging off in that situation.
If you want real "log off lamers", why don't you look inside CA, and inside your own corp. Psychopath for example, as many other CA, always log off within 60 seconds when I enter local.
When your members are 2 battleships vs me alone and they run to a safespot waiting for another 3 CA battleships to come help them before they dare leave their safespot, that's lame.
You should think about who you're calling a lamer.
