I have got a small energy neutralizer tech2,
it seems its completely useless, because it takes 50energy to use and neutralizes 50 energy...
it also has an relative high pg use,
has any1 used em yet - maybe experiences with em?
will they be nerved?

thy are only for PvP, where big cap ships can kill the enemy cap in no time with this babys

and you forget the skill bonus 5% less cap usage that make it a little better but nafri say it only use it on cap monsters like apoc or maybe tempest whit some special fitting

I always figured if you were flying a bs, it would be good to fit a cruiser one to flatten a frig so it cant use a mwd when you web it, then batter it with your powerfull guns.
But no, i wouldnt consider putting a cruiser one on a cruiser or a frig one on a frig.

Siddy, Im sorry but this graph makes no sense to me...
I read it this way: The shorter range ammo does the greatest damage at the longest range???
Its a very strange graph... Can you explain it, please?
