Throw a bone to the guys/gals who just want one slot to improve their corp's production efficiency.
Seling em as a block imo increases value of them hugely. Corps would prefer 13 in same place rather than buy 3 here, 2 there, 3 etc etc because its pain to organise. That is for reasonably big corps, 1 individual lab is worth bout 10mil each tops unless in yulai or highway system, they are worth double in a group of 13 probably esp with office.

But to a corp that just wants one slot to improve their production efficiency, seeing a corp selling 13 slots in one go totally sucks.
Yep and im sure it sucks for peeps after 10-15 labs in same station to see the many 1 lab for sale , 3 labs for sale etc etc. Its works both ways and not all big corps own loads of labs. Theres alot more 1-5 lab slot auction/sales it is very hard and rare to find peeps selling such big blocks.
