I used to station tank and tell all my friends about it. So one day my friend took out his officer fit Aeon and tried dock after being swarmed by rifters. Needless to say, his station tank failed. So then he ejected from his ship and docked up in his pod.
PL came in and stole his Aeon. But hey, the Aeon survived right? From day that day forward, it was proven that pod tanking > station tanking!

It's sort of hard to station tank in an Aeon.
I flew one on Test server. That's where it will stay too. Along with the Avatar I made there. As a Station tanker I have 3 jump clones and much more freedom than I had with either of the supers.
