Can someone find me a good level 4 mission setup for a nighthawk also. i have been looking for a video on (youtube). of a nighthawk pvping a raven can't seem to find it can someone find it and link it please. lv 4=gallente missions.

How can anyone that's spent all the time training up to fly a Nighthawk not have a clue how to fit it?
Go to the sticky on ship fittings and keep clicking links until you get to one that has a number of Nighthawk setups.
Or go to Battleclinic.com and check there.
When people say "rat specific hardeners" they mean design your tank to defend against the damage your areas' pirates dish out.In your case, I believe it will be Serpentis. Battleclinic also has a ton of information on which damage each pirate faction gives out.

I still prefer an active tank for missions. It gives much better dps and missile range with my setup.

I'd say both setups need afterburners. :P But active tank with complex small booster and passive tanking are both viable.
