Ok so I sunk a few billion into an invention business and sofar its running fine, Im just starting to recover from all the expenditures and running into some profits
however... Im totally running out of manufacturing slots. I started inventing some modules while I wait for max run bpcs to become available for the bigger stuff and 10 run module bpcs are just massively piling up much much faster than I can produce them.
Whats the right thing to do, try get a partner or just stop inventing these modules? Anyone have ideas?
(yes its profitable no problems with that)

Here are a few ideas off the top of my head. I had the same problem before so I know how easy it is to invent faster then you can build.
You can just stop inventing until your manufacturing can catch up.
you can train another alt on the same account to handle the manufacturing.
You can use pos arrays for modules (equipment assembly array, ammo assembly array and component assembly array for example) and take advantage of no extra material waste and 25% faster build times to help a bit.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

You could also create an industrial alt on your account and spend some time on training the skills up to allow it to build the mods you most commonly invent.
You could stop copying for invention until you worked through the backlog and instead do copies for profits, like capital components or (some) battleships.
You can get a partner. -------- Ideas for: Mining

Better to start a new character on an alt account and do some rudimentary training to have the alt character do building of stuff for you. That6's what I did for my other 2 accounts, just stopped training my mains for a couple of weeks and got them trained up. Now I got enough build slots available to keep the building going and do invention at the same time.
BTW also recommend building at a POS as well because inventing mods is easy and quick, but the building of them will take a lot longer so the -25% build time of T2 components and the mods at a POS is well worth it.

you could put up contracts of the tech II bpc that you've invented eh, as well as the above of course. -------------------------- Life is about memories the more the better. EXP-L Refining Calculator

Balance out your invention vs manufacture by running a few ship hull invention jobs. I find that 4 out of 10 slots dedicated to ship invention (same length to invent as to produce, 25%-ish success) and 1 slot to manufacture works very well.

Yeah I guess selling them is an option, although I wouldnt like it. Im a typical packrat, keeping anything that can be useful later on.
Training chars is also an option, but I wouldnt like stepping away from my current training projects atm.
Finding a partner, well... Im not terribly social and have no clear idea about where to start and then there is the issue of trust and how to split profits etc. I wouldnt know where to start. I looked around and I cant readily find any services that would be appropriate for me. An IPC is out of the question in my case.

What you want to do, which avoids all the things you dont like, is this: Use the character sales forum to buy 1 or more manufacturing alts. They dont have to be spectacular, just enought to build your stuff.
Even if you get out of invention, you can always use these alts to build other t1 or capital items if you like.

really, it doesn't take long to get a brand new character trained up to do mundane manufacturing. set up an evemon queue geared straight for PE5, then work up the Mass Production skills. As soon as you get to PE5, there's one more slot for you... the mass production will come quickly, and with each rapid level is another slot. Quite rapidly you will get him to at least the point where he can make your T1 items, offloading that from your main, then start working on the science skills to help in the T2 side. The ease on the main will more than make up for the loss of a couple weeks of training.
