 I personally can't reply on all the gurista ships as I have only flown Sansha, Shadow Serp, and Blood Raiders. The only angel ship I have flown is the Machariel.
 
 So I will give my opinion starting with Shadow Serpentis.
 
 The bonuses overall didn't completely make sense in my opinion, but that's also because I felt the "Special Ability" bonuses or the set direct bonuses should be the original ship, and the two nation bonuses being two different bonuses to compliment the ship. T2 ships being different in that they get a resist bonus along side other bonuses that the faction ships themselves do not get.
 
 So lets take a look at the Vindicator for example.
 
 25% damage special bonus, 7.5% tracking per level Gallente and 5% reduced MWD bonus for Minmatar. First of all, the 5% reduced mwd bonus is a "Gallente" bonus, as doesn't the Thorax, Deimos, and other ships take that into account? I don't think it's useless as the OP specified, but I think it's in the wrong bonus area.
 
 I think the vindicator could do better with this.
 Special Bonus
 25% damage
 37.5% tracking bonus
 
 Gallente :5% reduced capacitor penalty per level and 7.5% reduced capacitor use for Afterburner's per level
 Minmatar : 5% bonus to rate of fire per level.
 
 With that in mind, the ship is a little more unique, given that it has a mwd or afterburner bonus depending on what the pilot want's to use, the minmatar bonus gives it a bit more firepower, but the idea of a 10% opt range doesn't fit, that's Caldari, and the 10% fall off doesn't fit as that's more or less a T2 ship bonus. I do think the Vindicator could do with an additional turret slot, allowing for 8 guns, but to make this fitting more difficult, I think the ship should only get an additional 20 cpu and 200 grid.
 
 The following above could be applied to the Vigilant and Daredevil as well. The daredevil does have split weapon systems, but so does the Tristan and Merlin, both of which don't really have bonuses to the 2nd weapon system.
 
 Sansha ship's in my opinion are fine, but with the above I think they could do with another bonus.
 So as such
 Nightmare
 Special Ability bonus
 100% turret damage
 37.5 / 25% tracking speed (37.5 for Nightmare, 25% for Succubus and Phantasm)
 
 Amarr Bonus: 5% damage per level
 Caldari Bonus: 5% bonus to shield resists per level
 
 Now the Sansha have a more set line of unique bonuses to go with their slots being more meds, I switched the Amarr bonus to the damage and Caldari in line with a shield bonus. This makes the Nightmare live up to it's name even more so.
 
 That's just my two cents.
