follow the links + you will notice there are better belts in lvl2 missions |

but the gates in them lvl 2 done accept a hulk do they? last time i checked i couldnt get one in

Some gates accept mining barges and industrials, some don't.
I'm keeping my own running list of mineable missions because the ones I've found at the links given are incomplete as far as mining information goes.

I've done a number of them and had no problems with my Hulk getting in.

Correct me if I'm wrong, and obvously this only works if you have an alt or friend to help, but if you put one ship in the room were the rocks are, and then the person who started the mission completes it, you can jump to the person who stayed in the room directly without using the acceleration gate, letting you get bigger ships to the mission field. yes?

It has been my experience in mission mining that turning in the mission does not eliminate the need to go through the jump gates in said mission. You will not be able to warp directly to the member who remains in the room after the mission has turned in. Unless I have completely missed something. Spreading hate and discontent in a galaxy near you. |

Edited by: Rocky Road on 13/04/2009 18:28:00 When you turn a mission in, all asteroids, structures, and acceleration gates dissappear... unless you have a ship on any of the mission grids.
If you have a ship on any of the mission grids, the stuff wont despawn. But then you still have the same problem of getting your large mining ship thru the gate if the gate has restrictions.
Edit: as soon as there is a situation where none of the mission grids have any ships on them, and the mission has been turned in, the stuff will despawn.

They will dissappear immediately apon turning a mission in and no ship exists on a mission grid.

Until there is a time when there are no ships on grid. IF you leave the grid empty, it will disappear.

I thought the same... stay with your alt in the mission grid and see it yourself. The mission deadspace will despawn after some time even if you stay there.

Edited by: Gouverneur on 15/04/2009 12:17:23 Hmm, I'm mining in Mission-Pockets on regular Basis and so far it never despawned on me yet. And yes, I turn the Mission in (Alt stays in the Missionarea of course) and usually need a few hours to get the Ore out of there.
