Is there a good place to pick these books up or what is the base price for these? All the ones I seem to find locally seem way overpriced.

Price driven by greed and getting podded trying to get them back to empire past all the pie-wats.

I believe (this according to EveMon), they are 75,000 isk and 400,000 isk. This is comparable to the equivalent leadership skills from other disciplines.

Thanks, that's what I saw in evemon too, I just didn't know how accurate it was.

CCP does update the prices from time to time, but I doubt it's a staggering difference from what is currently in EveMon.

Ironically enough, I was leading a roam out in cloud ring earlier today and my dictor pilot decided to kill a shuttle trying to dock up in the station:

they're not overprices if the order have 364 days remaining (which indicates it's an NPC order) which is usually the cheapest.
