Hi, this had probably been asked hundreds of times b4 but i can't find on these forums anywhere. I am alright at PHP but don't know a thing about XML i have never tried parsing a XML page with PHP and don't know how to do it. I was wondering if anybody could give me a bit of help. i know the news RDF is http://myeve.eve-online.com/feed/RDFnewsFromEve.asp. Thanks

Hi,
As long as you can get the RSS summary feed XML file you've basically got two options:
1) Use server side code to take the XML file, parse it and convert to HTML - one potential way would be to apply an XSLT Style Sheet to it, but I don't know how to do this in PHP (as I don't use PHP). Reasonably easy via Java/Struts/JSTL though :)
2) Use the DOM capabilities in client side Javascript. So create some client side code that takes the file and processes and generates HTML. With this one though you'll have to make sure you cater for all falvourf og Javascript capabilities in the browsers people may use.
