Ok so ive been sitting in my pos for about 5 minutes and my eyes have gone crossed and blurrred, please is there anyway we can turn the horizontal line effect off?
I am going blind...

It's one of CCP's new methods of identifying players that use Mining Bot scripts.
CCP waits 1 month and whatever Mining Barges that are still active (ie People who have not died/gone blind from the Field effect because they dont have to stare at it) are presumed bots and banned.

Although there are already threads pertaining to this topic, there are hundreds of ******s that don't know how to use a forum. I like the new effect, like I stated in the OTHER POS effect thread, I would rather see no effects whatsoever but this new one is very minimal so I don't mind it.
Maybe you should do something instead of stare at the lines?

Doesnt take long for a noob to start trolling, All the effects ive seen so far are great apart from the POS shield effect, yes people are going to spend time in their pos as it is a mini station is it not?

I dont think any effect they produce is going to satisfy everyone.
Therefore what we need is a slidy slidy thing for adjusting funz
