A GM stole 2 billion out of my account under the belief that I must have purhased isk from an earlier transfer. While in fact it was a legit transfer from a friend out of game. Who is the approving authority for this, 9 chimps with down-syndrome banging away on a keyboard? While I cant speak for my friend if he purchased the ISK or not, because I dont really know. Some form of thought should have been put into this decision and some form of communication should have ensued. I understand the majority of your employees might not speak english, due to being educated in an abandoned factory somewhere in eastern europe.
Your gestapo policies and prudish euro perceptions also led this same GM to remove a new charon from my hanger totaling the amount stolen to 2.9 billion isk. For a recent 2 bil isk transfer. How does this make sense?
I now am the proud owner of -1.5 billion with enough on the market to maybe break even. This game is now unplayable and both of my accounts will be canceled costing you in the end due to sub-standard employees. This business model you have might work for a small group of cheeky euro's but it won't survive anywhere else especially with American players. BTW, Tech 3 sucks...

eve a cold dark space of where if you do illegal activities you will get punished.... did you really not think a isk transfer of 2 billion isk with items getting transfered would not look like you bought isk? seriously i mean if you really want to buy isk, buy game time codes and sell them legally lol.

Your "friend" most likely purchased the ISK from a RMTer, or is a RMTer himself. If you believe you have WRONGFULLY been targeted, file a petition, and hope you have some good excuses as to why you got the ISK from a (CCP-)known RMTer.
More often than not, this always ends up with the person who complained about being "unjustly treated" making a 180 degrees backpedal and apologizing, or with their public humiliation in the thread they started and keep bumping up when a GM finally comes in and gives the cold, hard facts. You might be the EXCEPTION to that rule for all we know, but meanwhile, we have to assume you're full of crap and just venting in the remote hope somebody would actually take you seriously.
Either way, bringing it to the forums NEVER ends well for the OP.

You win the stupid award.
Transfers of cash in games where it is known that the authorities tend to fine individuals for such practices is sort of like going to the police station to snort *******.
The game has policies. You indeed may have not "paid" your friend but that kind of transfer is the "noticeable, actionable, activity that CCP will act upon. Concord doesn't provide consequences. Concord provides insurance payouts. |

Mandatory "don't buy ISK" post.
Yes, I read your OP, and I don't care. We've seen it before and it's always the same story and the same end result: don't buy ISK. ——— “If you're not willing to fight for what you have in ≡v≡… you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.” — Karath Piki |

Technically what you are saying is, even if his friend was legit and he was legit, he still deserved to have the isk removed because of the large transfer?
If that is what you mean, you are a complete and total moron.
Also, OP dont buy isk

Makes you wonder though. The next to last sentence seems to indicate that he wants to claim to be American, but I wonder what part? I mean, obviously, English isn't his native language because then he wouldn't make such a pre-school error…
So what is it about Latin American players that makes them poor recipients for GM attention? ——— “If you're not willing to fight for what you have in ≡v≡… you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.” — Karath Piki |

Problem is, the story most likely is that his "friend" shares some RL details with him, and his "friend" has purchased ISK more than once, while unilaterally and repeatedly sent ISK to him... for CCP, most likely conclusion would have been that this "friend" is actually just an alt, so they punished them both instead of punishing just one and leaving the other roam free with a big portion of the RMT-purchased ISK. IF he was legit, he can escalate the petition to get his punishment reversed and added to his "friend's" punishment instead.
Like I said, we don't know the full story, and while some mistakes are made by GMs on the side of excessive caution, if a mistake is made, escalating usually solves the problem if the "victim" was genuinely innocent. And again, like I said, taking it to the forums instead of going the petition route usually doesn't end that well for the OP.

IF you are truly innocent, then you should think twice about WHY CCP must have believed you are an ISK purchaser yourself, and explain to them why that is not the case. Have you ever shared a machine or an IP with this "friend" of yours ? Have you ever logged in to his account or vice-versa ? Have you ever paid his sub with your credit card or vice-versa ? Do you constantly get "gifts" from this friend of yours that you never repay ? And why exactly is that ? You know, stuff like that. _ The problem with EVE || Fit a ship || Get some ISK |

Only with the ones who can't distinguish between "Euro's" and "Euros"… If nothing else, they all fall into the singular identity of "can't write in English". ——— “If you're not willing to fight for what you have in ≡v≡… you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.” — Karath Piki |

1) Proof or STFU. <-Have your friend come over here and tell us one and all that he gave you 2.9 Billion ISK. 2) Escalate a petition to a senior GM, and have your friend, again, contact the CCP and explain the actions.
In my experience CCP is pretty damn accurate when they zero in on ISK Buyers/Sellers. I have only heard of 2 incidents when CCP has made a mistake, and it was cleared up within a week and members of the CCP came on the forums and explained the reason for their actions and the reason why they changed their mind.
So... get your friend to tell everyone here that they gave you 2.9 Billion ISK, and we can go from there.

Irrelevant. I transfer multi billions all the time along with I'm sure a sizable portion of the playerbase. Why he got the isk ax to his wallet was because his friends isk was dirty. So in ccp's view dirty isk is dirty and will get removed regardless of what wallet it ends up in. A basic rule to follow is if anyone gives you a large isk donation even a friend then don't spend it or at least leave enough in your wallet to cover its removal and petition to see if its legit. Might take a few days to get sorted but its better than logging in to negative billions and an effectively useless client.

It's becoming more common for people of any culture to act an arse on the faceless internets then claim they are american for the lulz. I blame our mass media for broadcasting as entertainment the isolated sections of our society that make inbred cave dwellers look sophisticated and socially well balanced.

You're at an extremly high risk of getting told by a GM on this fourm what what really happened last time we had one of these sort of postings the GM linked wallet transactions clearly showing the actual player getting isk from an isk seller instead of the so called good friend moment his allaince say it they kicked him out and put a bad mark on his employment record I think he quit shortly after.

You could be much more believable if you provided us with the FULL API KEY so we could verify this story of yours, see who exactly did you receive the ISK from, how much, when, how many times.

Yeah, this is not the actions of a legit player with a legit grievance. This is more akin to a player who knows they've f**ked up and are quitting hoping to cause disruption in the process. Also, the Euro slur.
