It only takes a visit to the Crime & Punishment section of the forums to see the whole side of the story. This "pirates and thieves of Eve are more level-headed and well-adjusted than those they antagonize" is just an agenda you wish to propogate to smear the image of players you don't like (dare I say hate). There are immature, spiteful, sociopaths equally on both sides of the fence.

Sol'Kanar,
I read some of your previous posts and what's ironic is that you seem to derive pleasure and enjoyment from causing grief to other players. You don't find that a little and remotely sociopathic?

Indeed. I wonder how many self-professed mature and level-headed pirates (such as the OP himself) would still play the game if it were not for the pleasure in upsetting players in real life. If one were to believe all the epeen-waving that is done, specifically in C&P, I'd be willing to wager that there are lots of players more than willing and eager to grief simply because it's fun and entertaining to see others engorged in misery. I'm of the mindset that those that enjoy provoking anger and rage are just as ill as those that are easily provoked.

Originally by: Sol'Kanar I submit to you that the pirates and thieves of Eve are more level-headed and well-adjusted than those they antagonize. I've tangled with other pirates and thieves, and win or lose, have never been subject to the abuses I so regularly receive from carebears. In Eve, just as in real life, it's the quiet ones you have to worry about.
Originally by: Sol'Kanar I think that playing with oneself is the one thing psycho carebears and everyone else have in common.
Congratulations. You have proved how you are morally and ethically superior to the psychotic and mentally unstable carebears. All one has to do is read your own exalted trolls in your this thread to realize how mature you are.
True story.
