Looks fine though I'd swap out one of the relays for another bcu.

That's the standard PvE fit imo. Switch the resists depending on what you're facing if you really want an uber tank or just leave them like that for laziness. Put a second BCU in if you feel you can tank with just 2 power relays (which you should for most lvl3s) for the faster completion time.
I, personally, use a tractor beam in the last high slot for grabbing mission items and come back to salvage in a dedicated ship (cormorant).

I was thinking that (point 1), and how would i come back for salvage, as when mission is handed in, i cant fly to that deadspace pocket...

As there is no MWD or AB, I presum this is a PvE fit:
3 LSEs is the optimal number on a passive recharge Drake. Don't balance resists unless you need to. Max the ones for the rats you are fighting/mission you are running. Active Hardners are better than passive ones, even on a Passive Drake, so use them if you can. Don't 'overtank', so fit more BCS if you can.

Personally, I run my mission Drake with 3x Ballistic Control System II and a single Beta Reactor Control: Shield Power Relay I in the lows. I have 2 LSE IIs and 4 specific hardeners (active instead of passive) in the mids. My last high slot is a Drone Link Augmentor, and I have three Purger I rigs. It can (and has) tanked every level 3 mission.
Personally, I can't fit a third LSE in there without a power grid implant.
Yours is a mostly solid setup. The only suggestions I'd make are cut back on the shield relays, use Ballistic Control System IIs in place of at least one of them, and train up your drone skills. ______________________________________________________ Isn't it enough to know that I ruined a pony making a gift for you? |

That Drake is overtanked.
Drop two SPRs, replace them with BCUs. Drop two resistance amps, you'll only need one of each type that the faction uses. Fit an afterburner and target painter instead.
Upgrade your drone skills post haste, you want 5 x Hobgoblin II in the drone bay.
Once you've made those changes, you'll be flying a T1 version of the Drake I use to complete every single level 4 mission given to me in Minmatar or Gallente space. You won't be able to stand still, most of the time you'll be on afterburner flying away from the nearest battleship, but it's fun.

Or just kill everything and head back with a dedicated salvaging ship before turning the mission in.

It's better to bookmark it. That way after you turn it in, the mission area is no longer deadspace, and you can use a MWD to move quickly between wreck clusters. ______________________________________________________ Isn't it enough to know that I ruined a pony making a gift for you? |

- Arbalests are a serious waste of money. - 3 SPR are way to much for any LVL3. - Wtih decent skills and a mission specific tank, 2 SPR will be enough for most every LVL4 - 1 SPR is enough for most every lvl 4 if u use 4 specific faction hardeners (which arent that expensive) and u have good skills - T2 launchers and scourge fury. t2 drones. some cheap 3% imps. 400+ dps are easy to reach. With 175 dps lvl 4 missions take forever plus you won't be able to even break the tank on some harder enemies (who's that 2.5m rat again?) - if flying lvl 3, target painters are your friend
