I doubt asking people to post here will get you a good count.
To estimate the number of people with 100M+ SP check sites like InEve and Eve-Sheet.

I'm in,and it looks like i'll be moving up on the list at least a few spots,as just like Dr Caymus above,i've maxed out my perception and willpower atributes(33 and 26.4 respectfully),so i'm training nearly 2 million skill points a month for skills using those...
I'll be training nothing but ship command skills,and some extra gunnery and missiles skills exclusively till next year.
