The value of the theft has never really changed at being around 200 billion + or - a bit, the shifting numbers that the other idiot was talking about were in regards to the claims of the amount of the theft that has been succesfully gotten rid of or taken out of IRC space to be sold. This my little friend is where jump freighters come in. If more info is required on how the magic jump freighters can make items in IRC space disappear there and reappear in jita to the most oppotune buy orders or on contracts I would be glad to teach you some more.
