He also had plates as well as shield extenders so it sounds like he was fitted completely for tackling me with a high EHP fit. He trys to justify it by saying I was moving away from him to 'warp out' . Even though I didn't try to leave until he warped an armageddon on grid with him, and it's not my problem if he didn't have web/mwd because he was completely EHP fitted (Shield Extenders and Plates). Will upload the FRAPS shortly when I can bothered (So you can see him dropping gang as he losing). This is one of few games where you actually can do whatever you want. Cause and effect. Behave bad enough and enough people might lock you up in a station. Always assume the worst, always expect the unexpected, do 1v1 and expect it to be dishonoured. Should be in the damn manual tbh. - This space for rent

I was camped into the pocket with about 10-12 ships at the time, so thought it would be nice to get a fight that wasn't a gank. looks like it didn't work out. It's quite funny how the majority of people who dishonour 1vs1's are Antipirates, CVA friendly etc though. For people who claim to fight for honour for amarr justice/killing pirates etc. They don't take their word very seriously.

No offense to anyone, I'd honour a trade but I would never honour a 1v1. Makes no sense in my book to do such a thing. If people want to do 'arena'-style of PvP they can use SiSi or play another game, imho. I know people got different opinions, but that's another point in this matter; you can't expect people to honour 1v1's just because you (in general, not directed to OP) do. - This space for rent

I honour business, not fights. If someone ask for a ransom and I accept it, I'll hold it. If someone ask me to fight, I will fight them. But I won't come alone, I'm there to destroy them. It's a difference. And either case, my point was this; players got different view of what is "right" and "wrong" in EVE. Ultimately it's a sandbox. Example; When I started EVE I stole drops from miners/ratters and bookmark scammed. Managed to ** off a corp with 200 angry russians. They proceded to camp me into a station and totally kill the game for me, so I made a new character (Misanth) and started over. A player that dishonour ransoms, 1v1's etc are perfectly in his/her right to do that. You just never know who you'll ** off and what the effects will be. - This space for rent

Dion Wolf	Posted - 2009.04.27 00:41:00 - [37] I have three things to say about this. 1. A Duel Should be fought fairly and honorably, especially from someone that is supposed to be on the good side. If your ship was not fitted properly to stop your opponent from getting away then you should not offer a 1 vs 1 in the first place. 2. Being one of the 80% of EVE players that are Evil, Suitonia should have expected a stab in the back, and been ready for it. If the blue hadn't offered the 1 vs 1 I would have thought she planned this whole thing as devious as she is and as much as she hates providence residents. There are Blues out here that think the only good red is a dead red and will stoop to nefarious methods to kill them. I do not Condone such methods but being Bad guys you should expect it. 3. I think you guys will have your hands full With TWV, because they are good at killing Pirates. Maybe that is because they sometimes think like pirates. If you expect to do billions in damage to them you can expect to get that much or more dealt back. Unfortuanatly this issue drove a wedge between us and them and I was forced to resign. I drilled it into my guys heads they should accept Death Before Dishonor, and well.....it must have stuck. On a Related note I might add My man Spectra was outraged by this and the damage done to Suitonia's ship was done when she ran the Blockade he had set before the duel took place. He is a man of honor as are all my men that have been with me any length of time. ( Now if only I can control his tongue )
