What is the best ship for lvl 4 and what fitting you guys use. I dont want to try out ravens as i have done them but i want to know what you guys fly and how? because i want to do these missions faster now. Just remember it has to be bs¦s and tech II :)

marauders are best, whicheverrace you have bs 5 in, or a dominix, vindicator or navy issue megathron

I know marauders are good but if you read what i wrote. i asked about BS. and now we are at it is just bs not faction bs.

You're talking about best and ignoring Raven ?!
The best (as in vesatile and PvE powerhouse) is no doubt the Raven ...
Then Dominix and Abaddon are my favourites when it comes to do things differently.

Well, an inadequate question will only ever yield an inadequate answer. Damage types aside (which make some races significantly better or worse), I use a megathron with two different fits, depending on the situation:
Tank fit: solid damage, great tank, nothing breaks it except a badly managed worlds collide or drone mission.
7x prototype 425mm's
4x Cap recharger IIs
1x Mag stab II
1x cap relay II
1x LAR II
4x specific hardners
2x aux nano
1x nanobot accel
The tank is significant, the damage is fine. It's a steady, non afk boat. Everything runs for more than long enough. guns off for 30 seconds will regen another 10 minutes of cap.
Gank fit: there are a LOT of missions where with managed aggro and a "gank tank" you can massively increase speed
7x prototype 425s

1x LAR II
2x specific hardners
3x MFS II
1x EANM II
2x aux nano
1x hybrid collision accel
The damage increase is significant, and the tank remains adequate.
But hey, that's just me. all my SPs are in hybrids and gallente. If I could fly a raven well i would.

There is no 'best'. If you're sticking with Minmatar agent, you probably don't want to use an Amarr ship (but if you do want an Amarr ship, it's really not that hard to get standings with an Amarr agent).
I would go with Maelstrom (1200mm/800mm arty/ac depending on the mission), Dominix, or Raven (but as you said, you don't want Raven). I think a sentry Domi is the best choice for your situation, since I'm just not a big fan of the Maelstrom for PVE (and please forum warriors, don't tell me my skills aren't trained up, because yours aren't higher unless you trained specialization to 5  ).
If you change agents in the future, the domi will remain a solid choice, simply because your drones do most of your damage and you can change drones to change damage types. The domi can also double as an AFK boat, where you strip off a lot of the gank, fit more tank and just afk while the drones do all the work. It's slower than a gank domi, but it doesn't even require you to be at the keyboard. It's good for times when you're PVP'ing on another character or just doing non-EVE stuff.
The one advantage to going Maelstrom now is that you can go for Vargur in the future. People have different opinions on this ship, but for a Minmatar agent it can really perform quite well and it will certainly outperform a Kronos and even a Paladin on the average Minmatar mission.

If you're against using the Raven then try the Dominix or Typhoon. The latter will require a lot of skill points before you start seeing the benfit though.

SP is not a problem i got all bs¦s on lvl 5 and i can use all the tech II weapons and all gunnery skills on lvl 5

Phoon is a decent choice imo, can fairly lay down the damage in missions with 4 bonused cruise lauchers, 5 sentries and guns if you want. I used it myself before I switched to a Domi and I'd sell my Domi for a Phoon anyday.

Yeah this seems like a dream come true for me... buy one of each and go crazy trying out different fits. With skills like that the question seems rather unnecessary. |

This is kind of silly.
The best againat Angels is a Raven.
If you have awesomee skill the Typhoon could match it but you would need to use faction equipment to fit it.
So your left with either a Domi or a Sniper boat. Neither is going to finish missions as fast as would be preferred.
Wherever you went - Here you are.

I'm Gallente/Caldari...so can't comment on the other two races.
For T1 vanilla BS:
Raven clear winner
Dominix next best, good tank & ideal for the lazy mission runner.
Hyperion may surprise you with a solid tank & decent damage.
Rokh...good tank but I haven't had much experience with its damage options.
Megathron nice damage, tank so-so.
If you've tried Raven/Dominix I'd be tempted to try the Hyperion. It's a lovely ship for PvE.

Raven or the Dominix.
- Raven will generally kill stuff faster than a Dominix.
- Dominix can have a better tank and deal with frigates and drones easier.
- Both have the very strong advantage of damage specific weapons for each mission.
But since you're done with the Raven the Dominix is the only other option, but I would consider moving to the Dominix a latteral move. The Abaddon is a an alternative if you want to keep that geared the EM damage specific missions but also requires a good number of SP to fit properly.

Domix wins hands down. Why? It kills things for free - no ammo cost, keep your drones alive. I run Level IV's with a Domi all T2 drones and Tractor Beam and Salvagers on hi slots..

Dominix with a single (Amarr Navy) Large Repairer, 3 Omnidirectional and 5 350mm Rails.
It is better than a Raven.
With your skills you could use a Typhoon as well.
