g-zuss! what the hell? is this some form of contest to see how many Sci-Fi worlds you can rip off ideas from? lookit those screenies! nice "star destroyer" model. that ship on the page header looks super familiar. can't place if it's old-skool Battlestar Galactica, or maybe one of those G'houl (sp?) from Stargate SG-1. or something entirely else. nice name, too, and webaddress. EVO-The Genesis Project... stoopid!

remember the 2nd eve layout? 
screenshot section is as other sites have aswell tho it gives alot of feeling to the old site
evo-online??? man, the guy only changed 1 "e" 
download section
lets not spam them as the last site where kieron asked us not to, we had our fun with the first site 
edit, go to top clans, it`s our beta corp list layout

okay, i just wasted another 5 minutes on this site wanted to see some screenies. but you can't just look at them imbedded in the webpage. nooooo! you have to download this stoopid .zip file. why?! aarrgghh!
so many similarities with established worlds in this genre. blatant ripoffs, if you ask me. there is one thing to be inspired by something and to honor that through a creative implementation. but this is flat out plagarism...

The site has been brought to the attention of the senior staff at CCP. The will determine whether any action needs to be taken against this company or not.
In the mean time, if there is any way to contact the company "creating" Evo, I would ask that you not do so with e-mails claiming that they "ripped EVE off" or anything of the sort.

well, I've been with them like one or two years ago, been one of their first Admins...
They started off as a Browser game packed into an own Browser somehow
However, I remember that they've been using this Layout back then already... and at some point they even used that Beta-Signup Animation EVE had...
anyway, the site I used to know has been offline for about 6 months or even longer... it's been too long and I've been avoiding thinking about it at all, but I remember that it was the very same layout, and even the very screenshots back then^^

Yep ripoff, poor guys, and anyway if you look at the download section, it says you need .NET framework. Wtf, is this programmed in visual basic or something :x

That is a browser game if I remember correctly. It used to be free and it might even be older than EVE :P
