i have a Caldria navy corp standing of 4.56 and a personal standing of 4.42, there are a number of agents which say they are available to me inculding Arkiras Airilen a level 4 quality -18 at kakakela 4 moon 15 caldari navy assembly plant.
i had deplomicy trained up and my caldari navy standing went to a posavtive after the patch and aa few missions it no longer affected the standings for caldari navy but there have been several agent who say they are available to me but when i speak to them they say seek someone further down the corperate ladder i am just wondering why they this is happening?

If you have the standings neccesary but they still say to seek agents further down then log off and back on again and speak to the agent again. Failing that one more mission will resolve the issue.

you need agent, corp or faction standing equal or higher than 5.10 to access this agent. with your standings you can access only L3 agents, approximate quality +10.

thank you but its not might be with you tho, but in game it says hes avaible so thats a in game problem not in chair thank you. maybe u should learn to read.

The game maybe wrong but should you have not checked that this might have been the issue before coming here asking for advice?
If it says you need e.g 5 and you have 4.8 but it says available but then isnt then you must assume its fuked.

Base standing required to use an agent:
L1 agent = 0.0 standing
L2 agent = 2.0 standing
L3 agent = 4.0 standing
L4 agent = 6.0 standing
To this, add or subtract .05 for each point of quality above or below zero. A L4 Q20 agent will thus require 7.0 standing, while a L4 Q-18 agent will need 5.10 standing. You can get that if your standing with the faction (Caldari State in this case), corporation for which the agent works (Caldari Navy), or the agent himself is that number or higher. Are you certain the game says this agent is available to you? It's bugged if it does, because your numbers in the first post aren't enough to use an agent of that level and quality.
