It really depends of the target your going after. If you're going after faster, and often small ships in your AF you've chosen the wrong ship.
But IMO, that is not the role of the AF. Almost any AF can tank drones and a cruiser in close orbit even if webbed (and they don't have a neut). If they have light drones you're screwed more often than not and that MWD won't save you there if your opponent decided to fit a 2 pointer.
Generally if fit AB's to my Assault frigs, haven't really been in a lowsec situation where the MWD would have saved me.
Kiting cruisers? Most people are not clever enough to do that against an AF, but maybe thats because i picked the wrong ones.

You know Sera, even if your perfectly fit anti-af MWD assault frigate has disadvantages. I'm making assumptions of because theres always a situation where you'd lose your ship you assume that no one will ever get inside that 9km death sphere you have on an MWD AF.
You as me are making assumptions to put up a scenario, i used my scenario, which is lowsec piracy.
Then you start scorning my PVP abilities.
I don't give a crap about your UBER pvp skills, but stating that an AB makes for a comedy killmail is just utter BS.

I think we'll just have to agree to disagree here. Even you are gonna lose your ship if a scrambler frig lands directly on top of your MWD harpy.
But agree, the 75mm rail harpy setup i remember you posted has alot of merit and is indeed clever, but often thats not enough punch to break ratting bcs tanks in lowsec belts.

It can happen. i've landed on people @zero quite a few times even when choosing random warp in distances to celestial objects. Sometimes luck favours the lucky ones, sometimes not.
And since i run a sluggish PC, graphical stutter often messes with my reaction times (and gods, damned desynch).
