heh i had same issue ended up going through pay by cash
they may have tried to mine my data i dont recall it being too invasive but im sure the info i gave them was eather not to risky for me or i just lied more likely i lied to them they didnt try to verify it so just let them mine bogus info
but yeah game time card that can be bought w/ cash would rock |

I don't really mean to be rude or anything here, but an apology for not having any other options simply isn't good enough. Eve-Online is a HUGE game now, and I don't think it's too far a stretch of the imagination to think that you guys should begin distributing game-time cards and the game itself with popular outlets, such as Futureshop or Electronics Boutique, which span Canada, the USA, and Europe if I am not mistaken. I'm a little upset because I live on the West Coast and to call Iceland would require me to be awake during the middle of the night here, which is completely unacceptable with my University Schedule the way it is. I think it's quite fair to say that CCP has a responsability to provide alternative payment methods to its clients, and that's all I'm asking for here. It's simply not feasable for me to call Iceland at this time to "maybe" work something out.
I would just like an address there where I can mail in a money order and letter of instruction containing what I wish to purchase; the game-time card(s). If I can do this, you guys wouldn't even have to send me the dang card, but could instead just email me the code(s), as was done the last time I purchased one so I could get back in the game faster. You would not have to ship anything to me, and it would be relatively easy and straightforward to do. Could I send my money order to the address listed on the main CCP website? Or would you prefer another? Please contact me at [email protected] if you have alternative information you do not with to have posted here. If I can simply mail a money order directly to CCP's Iceland address and then be emailed the game-time codes to continue playing, please let me know as soon as possible; this solution would be very simple to handle for you guys, and myself, and no shipping would be neccessary at all on your part, just a simple email.
I think the above is a fair solution, but please let me know anyways.

I say bite the bullet and use paybycash.I've been using them for roughly 3-4 years now, they've always been fast, secure and trustworthy.. They run a great service.

Just get a current account with a Visa Debit Card. Just before retail I asked Pann if the gametime cards would be available in the UK...
Pann: "They will be available about 2 weeks after retail hits"
Six months later and still no gametime cards in the UK. I was actually sending money to my friend in South Africa so I could play the game as most of my friends either dont work or dont have a credit card (plus I wouldn't ask them anyway as if someone asked me if I could use my credit card I would be very worried). The first run gametime cards (that were actually printed in the UK) ended up going to Germany!  I refused to pay more to a middle man so in the end I bit the bullet and got myself a Current Account with a Debit Card and havent had any problems since.

if not Paypal would be the way to go you will not need a debit card just a checking account
