Alright folks, I'm getting really sick of not being able to file a petition, contact a GM directly, or be allowed to place my support questions on the EVE-Online website, and I've just about had enough. I'm posting my support question here now, and a Support Staff member had better damn well read it and give me a response; this is a last ditch effort to get through to you guys. Every attempt I have met with to create a support account or obtain an answer to my question has been met with nothing, and all your forms just reset on me; this is ******* unacceptable when I have a problem of this urgency, so please fix your support submition systems while you're reading this as well. My original question is reposted below:
Greetings CCP,
I am approaching the end of the five months worth of game-time I last purchased through the use of Game-Time Cards through your website using a credit card number. However, I no longer have the option of a credit card number open to me, and as such, I can and will only pay for all my transactions in cash, money order, or bank draft now. I am presently living in Vancouver, Canada, and I can not seem to find any game-time cards for EVE-Online in stores like Futureshop or Electronics Boutique or any other major retail outlet in Vancouver. I need to know how I can pickup a game-time card using a cash payment through either a major retailer within the Vancouver area, or through CCP itself by mailing a money order for the amount. I do not go through third parties with regards to cash payments, nor will I supply personal data regarding myself. I wish to continue playing EVE-Online, as it is a wonderful game, but I can not do so until I know how to renew my account subscription, and am able to obtain a game-time card through on of my listed methods. Please contact me as soon as possible, as I have roughly 2 weeks remaining on my account; I need to solve this problem before then. If you are unable to provide a method for me to pay via cash, without mining for personal data, or can't come up with something simple, you will be losing a customer half-way through September simply beause you won't allow me the option of renewing my account.

i know not directed to me but some advice...
could u not ask to borrow someone credit card, say partner.. family, freind etc... and give them the cash.. u could suscribe fo a six month billing..then cancel again so not to re charge the other creditcard

If CCP were really interested in cash payments, they would just publish an address where we can mail them into, which is what I typically have done for other games in the past and its always worked out well.
I would like some form of an official response at the least, preferably by those who can read what I've written.

You may have some luck with pre-paid credit cards like a lot of malls offer as their gift cards nowadays, you prepay a certain amount and the card works just like a Visa debit/credit card.

-or- you could try seeing if your bank offers a visa debit card with your account you have with them- if not another bank in your area might.

Unfortunately, there are not any store fronts that are selling game time cards in the US or Canada that I am aware of. If you are not willing to work something out with a friend for the use of a credit card, perhaps your only alternative is to contact the CCP Office directly. They may be able to arrange something with you over the phone.

Perhaps CCP (in the future) might wish to consider offering game time cards at the online store. After all, if I can get a keychain delivered to my doorstep, why not a time card?
Of course, I see that doesn't really solve Balthial's difficulty but, still, maybe an idea worth considering.
