I can only continue the sentiment for this thread which is, buy a Rupture or Stabber. Both are excellent ships.

Lets clarify. The minmatar race is NOT the worst race in eve. Anyone who thinks it is should definitely quit eve and bang their fingers in a desk drawer repeatedly. Ships and guns are one thing but being in the race in question is a whole different matter.

I have my scythe for mining, and I have a stabber that I'm not sure what I'm doing with yet. I was trying to get a perpetual dual mwd going on, but it doesn't seem to go very long. I can hold 10km/s for about 50sec or so...
but I just can't give up my caracal yet. :)

I happen to think the rifter is the best non interceptor frigate in the game.. for P v Cruisers anyway
Sure the Kestrel does more dmg, but its hard to out run missles indefinately and also if you can you can't still keep a low enough sig to not get hit by turrets.
I got attacked by a pirate Caracel the other day and whooped his arse in my rifter keeping him warp scrambled (on and off admittedly) and not getting hit once by his missiles. Had he been a thorax with heavy drones would have been a similar story for the turrets
I'm looking forward to using my Inty, when I get the skills in a couple of weeks. I admit using the setup I have it a long hard slow slog, as you sacrifice a lot, but if you don't get hit, then a log off is their only defense. Also its out of the web range as well, so only an Inty or more than one person is gonna stop you :-)
