Shadow Veil Industrial is a new high sec industrial corp based in the Sinq Laison region in Gallente space looking to hire:-
 Mission runners
Miners
Haulers
Industrialists
Combat Pilots/PvP'ers willing to work for a high sec industrial corp
What we would like to see in any potential recruit:-
Mature attitude (pilots aged 18+ preferred)
3M skillpoints minimum
Good T1 tank, preferably T2, on mission runner recruits
Mining barge capability on mining recruits
Skill to fly an industrial ship on haulers
Pilots who are self-sufficient
Players who can operate without needing the corp's leadership to provide ops 24/7. The corp intends to run regular ops but having some "get-up-and-go" is essential from recruits.
A willingness to work towards achieving the corp's goals
What we offer:-
EU based
Experienced players to help you if/when necessary
Clear short-, mid- and long-term goals so that members know which direction the corp is headed in
A leadership willing to listen to it's members wishes and dreams and who will attempt to accommodate them where possible
Relaxed atmosphere - we want to have fun and enjoy ourselves in-game and that goes for our corp mates too!
Corp Ventrilo server
Corp website on the way that will include forum to help support our corp members
Regularly scheduled corp ops planned once the corp is large enough to support it
No forced ops! We might run corp ops but consider our member's time their own so will put no pressure on to attend corp ops

Well, we don't have any *requirements* for vent BUT we do require our members to be on vent if taking part in corp ops.
Attendance on corp ops, however, is not mandatory so this could be worked round. Let me know and I'll contact you in game.
