Beta 5-7, 2nd day of retail. I remember when TTI was the most reviled corp in Tranquility because of their business tactics...I remember when my corp won the right to build the first player-deployed station...I remember Armageddeon...I remember my first podding, and my first kill...
it seems like it was an Eon ago...

last two months of beta or so If I remember correct...
I've taken a couple a breaks from eve since retail, but there's always something
dragging me back...

beta 6, flew with tris, mined ark in probes, flew a tempest for the first time in armalaggon, been here ever since, aint leavin.

The game went live? The beta is over? 
I started in beta 6, played for 4 weeks, and then spend 4 months waiting to get my hands on the game.
I even kept up to date on patches during that time so I could play as soon as I had an account!!

I'm pretty sure I was in the later beta... I dropped out after launch for a year, though... Star Wars Galaxies and all that. But, the SOE devs have no clue what direction to take SW:G, which makes EVE and CCP that much more refreshing to come back to. :)

I know the feeling. I remember seeing the website just after Alpha was released and thought "wow, that looks cool" I finally got accepted into the beta at phase 6, and well, been here since then.

I was beta 5-7 as well, and 2nd day retail. I remember when Leeloo had the highest bounty in the game, and when Katugumur was the only system in Heimatar with no NPC pirates and arkanor so there was always 40 people mining in there.
I remember how RUS was the richest corp at the end of beta, and the first time I flew a battleship, which was the last day of beta when they maxed everyones skills and gave everyone a couple hundred million isk just before the final character wipe :)
Man I feel old now.
