I found this no problem in the dual mwd caracal I use for missons in Curse, The mwds can keep you well out of trouble and 5 heavy launchers do plenty of damage. Also collecting the loot is quick if you don't keep flying past the cans at 3km/s.
I mount a small armour repair but only have to use it if I get distracted by teamspeak

had the 650k raid leader too (dropped me an implant too)

Went into the mission thinking that it was a one spawner, last time I don't read the whole mission report. Armor tanked Rupture w/ close range weapons. Messed around with the first wave didn't bother getting my armor and cap back up and when last frig goes boom, it is not long till the five cruisers make me go boom. What an idiot! Ran around, bought a new ship, re-armed and jumped back in w/ same set up and wiped them all out.
Not a hard mission if you are prepared. Distance or close up, it can be done, and the rewards in loot are extra special!
Bout time there was a challenging mission.

Just finished the mission in a crow ;), took my armour to 42%... but did it without warping away..... hard to believe people have lost a bs to this mission if i can do it in an interceptor

I did this mission last night in a Caracel. Had to warp away and return twice, but did it without loosing my ship.

Did this in a Raven with 3x Mega Anode Particle streams and 5x Cruise Launchers. No problems at all, just use the lasers at the enemy that are more than 45km and anything closer than that gets the missles :-) I didn't get the big guy, the best rat I had was 110k (Forgot its name) but I was surprised about the respawns being a lot closer. For instance I killed last one of first spawn at about 35km but the respawn was 15km from me :-/ Good thing I had missles and drones :-)

I had this mission twice tonight using a Maller. I used 3 heavy beams with radio crystals. Kept em at 35k and took em down 1 by 1. Didnt get the 650k rat either.
First time I had no problem. Second time I decided to try a new setup (multi crystals, 2 small named armor repairers, etc). Closer range. The problem is I'm using a computer that is on the very low end of the requirement scale for eve. I warped in at 20k and promptly proceeded to freeze while my computer hard drive cranked away. When things came back to life I was in a pod :(
I went and bought another Maller, outfitted it again, then went and finished the mission the way I did the first time.
Moral of the story... Dont warp in close where you will have to draw alot of stuff on the screen if you're using a low end computer. I may need to switch to a courier agent until I get a new computer. The downside to stringing them out 1 by 1 like I did is that I ended up with containers strung out over a 400km distance :/

i normally do l3's in a celestis, which got toasted 1st time in this mission..instantly.
came back in a moa w/uranium and (and 1x named heavy pulse) and had
the scramblers chase me. picked'em off at 900+ m/s @ about 22km (straight line tactic) then zoomed back thru the others to keep the can spread down to a minimum..
5 hornets out to confuse and divide the rats helps alot too..
fun mission..only had it once tho so far.. gonna try a maller and my celestis again soon enough..
hats off to the dev who designed this mission! :)

I did that mission as in a domi with med neutrons,14 heavy drones and armour tanking...Piece of cake,even tho i didn't have the large 650k rat to deal with at the end...
When i first accepted one of those missions,i actually did that one as well as 2 more missions simultaniously and still got the bonus rewards for all 3 missions while having enough time to collect all the loot(40 mins from beginning to end)...

This mission is fairly easy in my Typhoon with some shield gear on. I let them all get on me and then throw out my 10 heavies. They hurt but have never got my shields completely gone. I roam around collecting cans while drones take care of them. I shoot missiles to help while moving from can to can. Have done this mission 3 times now.

I finished this mission today in a Crow. Even got a bonus of 400 slaves for early completion. Didn't get hit once. Piece o' Cake.

I did this mission in my Iteron V. It was a blast, they never even landed a hit on me.
OK, couldn't help myself there. Sometimes these posts just end up being one-upping frenzies........
I'm not suggesting anyone is a liar, but surely theres lot's of exaggeration going on in these posts.
By the way the mission itself is indeed easy enough in cruiser or BS and I too can not understand how people got shot to pieces in there BS. I can only conclude they were hideously underskilled. Typpical those 2 month characters who can fly a BS, but no much else........
