1. Tier 3 Battlships - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
If I remember right, in beta the Raven had 6/4 layout with 10% optimal and 5% dmg bonus. Even then it didn't pwn all cuz rails have always sucked the worse of all guns. Spelling corrections welcome, but don't expect me to edit my post.

I would go for a Caldari rail boat. Needs a DMG bonus to rails though as they are sad when compared to 1400mm and tachs. The drone bay could be similar to the Raven as well as slot counts. If they don't give it good power grid then it may need on...
