It doesn't do 35km/s anymore, but it did before the MWD nerf, and its soul purpose was to push undocking carriers 40km off stations.

Back when we were actually winning FW we named all of our ships 'Daniel Jackson' to taunt the ever incompetent Caldari Fleet Commander by that name. This worked particularly well when we put together a Velator fleet and went on a random rampage through Black Rise. The countless Daniel Jackson wrecks confused the hell out of people.
