Does look interesting, If you need an alternative 3rd party for this lottery let me know since I have helped other people out with there lotto's and MS here in this forum.

This is to confirm Lord Fantus has deposited 5 billion ISK into my account as security for his lottery.
All or any winner/s from the powerball drawings will be paid from the 5bil in the event Lord Fantus does NOT or cannot pay the winning chars.
IF there are any questions regarding the 5bil deposit mail me in game.

Well some have asked why Lord Fantus would send me 5bil.
Since I started Eve nearly 3years ago, I have been trading nearly on a daily bases. I am better known for selling one ship more then any other and that is the Raven Navy Issue (CNR).
I have sold 1000s of Raven Navy Issue's, to all kinds of people in Eve, mainly mission runners but not excluding from the largest alliances to small corps. I have helped people out from the guy just getting his 1st CNR to a pirate in Veto that did not have the Isk to buy one but b/c of the fellow corp member passing away needed one for the weekend for a tribute they where doing with faction ships I helped him out when no one else would along with lots of other people.
Because I sell between 300-500 CNRs per month its hardly worth me going out a taking someone's 5bil, when I have more
Isk then what know what to do with. I have done other 3rd party deals everything from m/ships to other lottery's and there has never been a problem.
For this lottery I even asked Chribba to hold 5bil+ of my own personal Isk to show that there is no risk to the people who buy tickets. But since its not his lottery (or) mine + its kinda conflicting with the things he has going on, he asked me not to send it.
It should be noted that Lord had the intention of using Chribba to hold his 5bil, but b/c he could not be reached and the lottery had already started and he was selling tickets we started talking he felt it would be just as safe after us having a talk in game.
All I can do is leave you with this, most people use nameless alts to take your Isk and run. I have been using my 1 account and this char for trading and pvping since 2006, my contract history is 100+ pages, along with my Pvping on GW showing nearly 900kills  . I am on eve any given day for at least 5-6hrs.
I have built this char up with a good rep within the trading community, You can always find me in the ship channel. I have helped people with everything from free ships to Isk when no one else would. The Last thing I am going to do is waste away all my hard work and effort I have put into Eve for 5bil when I spend 5x that per week.
Sure not everyone is going to know who I am, since people always come and go in Eve. But when you do hear my name mentioned when it comes to trading or 3rd party dealing you can be sure it will be nothing then " he can be trusted".
Again just like lord all I can ask you to take your time and do your research. Lord did his and that is why I am holding 5bil which is 101% safe.
Sorry for the long wall of text  but just wanted to clear up some questions people had asked me in game.

Since some have asked me ingame, and talking with Lord Fantus he has asked me to hold the 5bil for his lottery this week.
So confirming I have 5bil from Lord Fantus as security for this weeks lottery.

No need to worry, Lord Fantus has asked me again to hold the 5bil for this weeks lottery. I'm sure its just a timing issue or maybe problems from last night with TQ. If anything I can send you the 3mil if all else fails once I confirm it... But I am sure its just a small hiccup.
Again no need to worry your winning payout is guaranteed.

Lord Fantus has requested his 5bil to be refund back to him. Any winners who where not paid please send me a mail before DT. But from what I can see everyone has been paid and lord was always been quick to send the winners there Isk. IF I do not hear anything. Lord will have his 5bil refunded @ DT.
