if you scammed someone in real life

Scammers are just at the bottom of the foodchain
and worst then Goons
only thing CCP should do is make things harder for scammers
to many idiots are jumping on the 999 and 101 bandwagon and then spamming like mad
PS, nothing like wasting a time of a scammer and getting them to waste their isk on crap
that wont work.
