I know i need a decriptor in order to have more chances/higher ME or higher runs/bpc.
I need Caldari Starship eng datacores.
I need a 1 run Raven BPC or Max run raven BPC (which one is more profitable?)
What are exactly the skills i need to have max chances with this?

Right, though it's not an modal item. Depends on market (decryptor prices, selling prices of golems, datacore prices aso..) if it's "profitable" to use one.

Depends on Market and your skills, but from what I actually know about it, you should go for 1-run BPC..

Encryption Methods lvl5 (most influence), Caldari Starship Engineering lvl5, Mechanical Engineering lvl5
Besides that.. browse stikies for some excel/prog for invention.. there're even websites out there who can help you find your answers.

Seriously, if you are so new to invention that you have to ask these questions then you will likely lose a lot of money. If you just want the Golem for yourself, buy one. If you want to start inventing for profit, start with modules. Even with that, you will need quite a bit of capital.
If you really want to start with the Golem, at least make sure you know what it will likely cost. Check Chrukker's invention formula or use the Invention Profit Calculator.

yup, not to put you off or anything but it's highly likely it will cost you a lot more to invent one from where you are at the moment than to just buy one.
You need all the things already mentioned, then to build it you will need to either buy the components (very expensive) or make them yourself, in which case you will need the blueprints, more skills, the materials, and a hauler....
don't want to put you off or anything because if ISK is no object then making our own ships is just darned fun, but make sure you understand the economics and know how to use excel

Marauder invention barely breaks even on average right now.
You should just buy one from the market - costs about the same, and much less hassle.
