EVE-Dev's KB, plus the Pirate Ledger functionality (maybe via a button, i.e.: "Click Here to see the Split" which would take you from the normal kill details page to the pirate ledger-style page), plus the PL kb mouseover thing = win

The advanced search and filter options on Griefwatch are brilliant but Eve-Dev definitely looks far better.
Some form of loot split is definitely a good idea. It would be ace if you could also add associated pilots to the kill (scouts, bait, etc) to include them in the loot. Obviously not up for public view. Don't want people to know who our probers are, after all.

Edited by: Spectre3353 on 11/05/2009 14:21:05 I love Griefwatch but I really wish there was a spot to track ransom information. We use a custom made ghetto solution here for a ransom board:

...but I would love it if ransoms and kills were integrated into one system. I would definitely consider switching boards if someone did this. ----- The Python Cartel - My Pirate Blog |

What benefit do you guys get from tracking ransoms? Is it just a ***** stroking thing? Or do you do payouts based on who was involved in the ransom using the ransom board? (board isn't loading for me, so can't see for myself what it's like :()

Definitely an e-peen stroking thing but then again that is what killboards are about as well. The ransom board was an attempt to encourage people to ransom more as there is proof of their actions recorded somewhere that can be compared to the rest of the corp. It would make a lot more sense and be a lot more streamlined if it was just all part of one big board though as opposed to two separate. If only Griefwatch or something allowed custom coded plug-in's... (or do they? I have no idea) ----- The Python Cartel - My Pirate Blog |
