This is funny.. I often wondered how folks got trapped in WH's...
Can I scan my way out with my directional scanner?
I know my options are pretty limited, and I should have never come into the WH without my probe launcher...
I'm currently spamming the local with a help request. but it's been 5 or 6 hours and nothing...
I don't mind hanging out waiting, in case anyone sees this and happens across J122717, please lend me some assistance!!
Any help will be rewarded, and any help soon, will get my buddies drake that's sitting out here with me.

POD yourself or keep spamming and pray some one non hostile comes and saves you.
Directional scanner does FA.

so if I eject from my ship, and pod myself, how long will my ship stay floating in space? just to next downtime?

I was stuck today in a WH, forgot to bm the exit (as I always seem to do hehe)
and I was in my fighter without probes (never do that again - back up probe launchers and probes
from now on)
So I head to a semi-safe spot, pop out of my ship and pod myself. I figure I got lots of
time to get back with my newb ship, bm the exit and jump to my BS and Im golden. Im meters
away from my BS and someone jumps up close in a pod! I slide into my BS just seconds before
they do :) it was too close!
Better bms for me next time :D

unless you intend to go back for your ship DO NOT EJECT. if you eject your ship is lost (unless you find it again) so you may as well self destruct the ship and at least claim on the insurance or the default insurance.
ejecting and podding yourself is excessivly wastefull. why loose so much when insurance can at least ofset some loss.

if u have the entrance bookmarked from the other side and know the system u found it in, safe spot ure ship, selfdestruct, get noob ship, goto wormhole from outside of wormhole, jump in, bookmark the wormhole, get ship n exit out :)
do this within 24hrs of entering the wormhole and u should b able to get out b4 the hole moves.
