looks fine, i would opt for a trimark instead of the anti-em, and a target painter instead of the second web personnely, but what you have will work just fine

Conventional wisdom is that you should active tank if you are going to solo PVP. I personally would take an active tank solo since the EHP isn't really all that high for solo PVP.

dont need another fit. buffer tanked sac is a beast, and outlasts a dual mar setup every time, in almost every situation. get some trimarks and you should have 80k EHP minimum. thats enough to give you time to de-aggress if things go bad. i would drop a webbie for a cap injector, and the BCU for a thermic hardener. dps is not your strength.

i was wondering if one of you have ever tried a damage sac with good res?
playing with EFT it reaches about 556dps and very good resistances
