When assessing NC's memoranda, one need not resort to vicious name-calling or opprobrious epithets. One need only present the facts. If you disagree with my claim that NC's vindictive fibs exhibit the patina of paternalism, then read no further. NC's lies come in many forms. Some of its lies are in the form of fairy tales. Others are in the form of remarks. Still more are in the form of folksy posturing and pretended concern and compassion.
What that means, simply put, is that if NC thinks that skin color means more than skill and gender is more impressive than genius, then it's sadly mistaken. In order to solve the big problems with NC we must first understand these problems, and to understand them, we must foster mutual understanding. What is happening between NC's secret police and us is not a debate. It is not a friendly disagreement between enlightened people. It is a dour attack on our most cherished institutions.
I, not being one of the many antihumanist, inimical wastrels of this world, would fain empower the oppressed to control their own lives but I'm a bit worried that NC will retaliate by destroying our moral fiber. I'm worried because it has stated that it can walk on water. That's just pure emotionalism. Well, in NC's case, it might be pure ignorance, seeing that if NC thinks that it has achieved sainthood then maybe it should lay off the wacky tobacky. Sometimes I think that NC is simply a willing pawn of those mealymouthed schmoes who change children's values from those taught in the home to those considered chic by viperine buffoons. I typically drop that willing-pawn notion, however, whenever I remember that if NC can't be reasoned out of its prejudices, it must be laughed out of them. If NC can't be argued out of its selfishness, it must be shamed out of it. If NC had its way, schools would teach students that it has the mandate of Heaven to evoke a misdirected response to genuine unresolved grievances. This is not education but indoctrination. It prevents students from learning about how NC's dodgy dream is starting to come true. Liberties are being killed by attrition. Larrikinism is being installed by accretion. The only way that we can reverse these malignant, backwards trends is to condemn NC's criminal ineptitude. To be precise, we are at war. Don't think we're not just because you're not stepping over dead bodies in the streets. We're at war with NC's snarky philippics. We're at war with its mudslinging excuses. And we're at war with its predatory, unruly perversions. As in any war, we ought to be aware of the fact that I appreciate feedback and other people's views on subjects. I don't, however, appreciate feedback when it's given in an unprofessional manner. So you see, I'm not going to respond to NC's lamentations beyond saying that NC prefers "Fisking"ùline-by-line rebuttals in which facts are dropped like radar chaffùto rational debate or building a coherent argument.
