We killed a drake 30s before downtime. Then a couple of probably carebear bs jumped into our gang. We pointed them up and started firing. None of them pointed us. But they opened fire and dropped drones. Then downtime hit. What happens?

Confirming if I lose my curse to a domi with t1 warden's I will cry :(, anyone had this problem before?

You all will die horribly and rewarded with new shiny Jove cruisers.
Or simply.. when DT hits everything stops, you get logged out, if you didn't manage to pop him before the server closed he/she/they are still alive - so are you.

I would start franticly mass spamming the EVE login button in about 15 mins.
You don't want them to log in first.

You all probably d/c warped out, meaning once you log in your ships will warp back to where you where, as will their ships if they log on right after DT.

They log in to find they have warped away from there drones.

And how did you do that while server is down?
I would guess all of you will be in warp from a safespot at login after server reset.

This is actually a good question.
I think it might be possible to lose a ship due to drones while DT hits...
Yesterday, we were fighting a myrmidon, which looked like it was going to pop, and then downtime hit. We assumed it survived, because none of us got a killmail afterwards.
Then today I get an evemail from the myrm pilot saying that he lost his ship, but that he also never got a loss mail!
Where did it go?

Logged on as soon as downtime ended. Nobody was dead. We popped enemy drones and scooped our own. The people we were fighting on the gate didn't immediately log on but they had 5 buddies in the system behind log in bs and start running the other way. We only had 2 bs, but theirs were failfit. All five of their bs were killed. :)
Then I fell asleep because I'd stayed up all night long.

Scooping doesnt reset the aggro timer. Popping them does (if they were not abandoned)

I killed a drake with 3 seconds leftwhen i logged in after dt i found his wreck looted and salvaged it and then went to get my km to post and it and it was missing i thought thid was odd so i check my sec hits and i got 1 for agreesion and 1 for killing the ship.
but no km so i petion it and after about 3 days i get a reply telling me i didn't kill it but i did i watched it pop and i got sec hit the loot and salvage i tried to contact the player but he speaks no english the gm closed teh petion i'm still ****ed offabout it i suspect the server just never had time to generate the km

Well, immediately after DT I'd be fairly certain that the drone's owners didn't have agro  .
If they had cargo space then popping the drones was a bit stupid (either that or they just have lots of ISK and don't care about the waste)

Server Dies -> Immediately log back in and if you're lucky you'll get to sit there for another minute or two and kill them.
If not either some people die (modules still stay active for a bit and stuff can still die afer you've been kicked) or you're all safe 1 million km from the gate without aggro when the server starts back up.

Well, immediately after DT I'd be fairly certain that the drone's owners didn't have agro .
If the targets were online, popping the drones prevents them pulling a logoffski.
