I havent played this game in like 6 months and now that I am back I find people more afraid to back there talk. I remember when you would **** someone off and they would ask for your system to pk you.
Now they just cry to ccp and petition you because you hurt there feelings. I was not even once ever threatened to be petitoned before. Since I have been back I have been petioned twice.
For the love of pvp grow some balls and take matters into your own hands. 
I like chocolate milk, milkshakes, regular milk, money, and chicks with big racks

That had a lil to do with the this post but not much, I have had people threaten to declare war on me, pod me, hunt me, down and no one has EVER done anything. I hear profanity like every 5 seconds irl and it doesnt bug me, I use it in game and people cry. I have people swear at me all the time in game and I have never petioned once, I hold my own and dont petition them. I am just saying dont whine to ccp, take matters into your own hands and do soemthing instead of cry about it to ccp.

The game as changed with the thousands of new players now on board. With that there there are some lease receptive to smack talk then others. It's not like it was back in Beta and initial release. You have to be a bit more conservative now on who you smack talk too cause you might offend some folks. Just my 2 isk.

If people don't like interacting with you. You will be left alone. Why waste time chasing or fighting someone you don't actually like being anywhere near. If someone gets on my nerves I just block them.
What people are probably doing is venting their annoyance at you and then deciding its not worth the effort.
