EVE Online: Apocrypha 1.2 has been successfully deployed on Tranquility and we are now open for business. This patch focuses on fixes to ships and modules, agents and missions, user interface and much more. For a more comprehensive list of what has been added and fixed, please check the Patch Notes. Please use this thread to list any issues or bugs that you have noticed on Tranquility
We would encourage anyone who is experiencing any game play issues to submit a bug report and we will investigate the matter as soon as possible.

We are investigating the black screen and crash issue. Anyone experiencing this issue, please file a bug report that includes detailed information about your system. Attaching a dxdiag report would be very helpful. This issue seems to be effecting only specific hardware and/or OS combination. The more information we have the better.

If you are experiencing a "black screen" issue, then try downloading and applying this patch http://ccp.vo.llnwd.net/o2/evepremiumpatch88517-88737_m.exe to update from Apocrypha 1.2 to a new 1.2.1. We believe this will resolve the issue.
Please note that this patch has not had a lot of testing yet, so I strongly recommend that you make a backup copy of your EVE folder before applying the patch.
Let us know in the thread if this resolves your issue.

So far Windows 2000 and Linux users have confirmed the new patch is working. Can XP and Vista users confirm that this works for them? That is, does it resolve the "black screen" issue?

Originally by: Pastiche Apoc 1.2.1 patch gives: "Verions do not match. Found version 86756 when expecting 88517"
I have corrupted patch install on XP. Still have 20 minutes for the installer to finish downloading.
Build 86756 was Apocrypha 1.1.
The new release this morning, Apocrypha 1.2, was build 88517. This new patch to Apocrypha 1.2.1 build 88737 is only an increment from Apocrypha 1.2.
You need to update from AP 1.1 to 1.2 first using the automatic patching. If you experience no problems then you should just log in and play. If you experience the "black screen" issue then download the additional increment to AP 1.2.1.
