For those not yet aware:
after decloaking you have a 3 second delay before you can activate your MWD
you are un-lockable for between 2-3 seconds after uncloaking.
There is a new Instawarp 'bug' (or feature?), a plated BS can warp in ~3 seconds, a carrier anything from 4-6.
In short, small ships align and get up to warp speed before they can be locked. BS and larger can instawarp.
Good luck catching anything on gates that is not AFK my Piratical chums. 
I guess its going to be a Summer of Smartbombs.
Oh and on an aside regarding 0.0 gatecamps, you bubbles are now unavoidable death to anything in the game provided you have an interceptor on gate. Have fun killing those Covops and Recons; you know the ships that are intended to slip past gatecamps.

You sure this is right? Because I can engage my AB instantly after decloaking. Maybe its just for MWD. I assumed it was just lag.

besides im willing to put money on the fact that this wont really change genos tactics much if at all, and that we will continue to destroy transwelp failures in providence

If the gatecamp is poorly organized and coordinated i cant see it effecting you too badly.
If otherwise, you'll lose an interceptor.
What really sucks for you is the MWD activation delay and jumping into a heavily bubbled camp with that 'Ranis gang, that's another 3 seconds for the peanut gallery to get someone locked and scrammed.
