The 3 (?) second delay to activate modules after you decloak is killing ships where they should not die. a look at the the killboards for yesterday reveals that interceptors died at gatecamps they sould be able to run, bigger ships having a real hard time to make it back to the gates and in combination with the agility "rebalancing" BS are now able to tackle AF.
The Gatecloak, initialy intended to save players form imediate ganking at jumpin, has turned into a deathtrap that leaves you vaulnerable to anything your enemy might do to you.
In an atempt to make it easyer for Players to catch others on a gate CCP overcompensated and made it near impossible to get away from a camp. I don't think it should be easy to catch players on a gate, i think it should be incedebly hard and require alot of skill and specelised setups if you don't have a bubble; and with a bubble it should at least be possible to get away, at least for the smaller ships.
Even the previously almost camp invulnerable ships like ceptors and force recons are now easy prey as they can be tackled befor they are up to speed or locked befor they have a chance to engage the cloak (just the cloak, i do think the mwd->cloak trick was a bit much). 3 seconds is a long time for a frig to lock a cruiser or for a ceptor to get within 9km of the disabled ceptor. ------------------ In the beginning the Universe was created. no, you did it right. Why you edited it? Many players will lose their ships and ask themselves, how this was possible.
After I lost my interdictor against a BS while going back to the gate, I knew I should be looking in this forum. First I thought, I was half asleep.
I really ask me, why CCP let this go on Tranquility. Did you not test it? 
Anyway, thanks for the ship reimbursement.

Im very impressed with this patch to be honest! I LOVE it! As a player dependant on skills and ability to play eve to actually win out numbered fights, and a true hater of blobs, i must thank CCP for FINALLY hammering the last nail in the coffin.
I finally have a concrete reason to close my 4 accounts, and save some extra cash, thank you CCP! Before this patch I couldnt bring myself to quit, but now... WOOHOO thank you thank you i love you!! Good-bye CCP clowns!

It's not so easy to test gate mechanics on a test server where the most efficient way to travel between systems is to join a chat channel.

Lets not give them that much credit THEY DID NOT TEST IT.
This is not just a jump through gate mechanic, if you decloak you have the delay, if you jump bridge you have the delay. Bottom line is they obviously were way too busy playing WoW to test anything in this game.

They were told of it SATAN. They were told of all the changes they reversed, including the agility ones they did in the last patch. Last year they whined players are not testing this stuff out on sisi and provide feedback ... with this ammount of ignoring, no wonder. --- I smack just for myself.

I see what you did there. You made a post that simultaneously implied that you were superior in skill to most others, often fight outnumbered and hold intense sense of 'honour'. If this delay is intentional CCP just ****d recons up the butt in a big way. I'll be reconsidering my subscription if this crap stays live.

I press F1 to activate my covert ops cloaking device II, but then I get this message
20:23:33 Notify Interference from the cloaking you are doing is preventing your systems from functioning at this time.
Since I've recieved the message that my warp has been initated I should not be in a cloaked condition as the second above message says.
I've already lost a Covert Ops Frigate due to this problem, and I would appriciate if you could look this over.

So yeah something is plain wrong, esspecially regarding the previously mentioned fact that other can see you but you can't cloak.
