i showed ccp logs of a caracter bought on ebay! proofs from the original owner.. yet the caracter isent banned.. how odd is that :)

If I remember correctly, CCP reserve to the right to apply the EULA at their own discretion. This is why it's full of caveats like, maybes, ifs and buts.

If they are provided by ebay and that can be verified as being provided by ebay without any alterations on your part, yeah, sounds reasonably fishy. Of course, I can also make an ebay sales thread for your character and "buy" the character myself with another ebay account and "pay" for it to myself (granted, that would be a bit too expensive of a revenge for my taste, but somebody somewhere might just do that).
Let's just say, you might have given the tip to CCP, but they will investigate the matter in their own time.
It could take a couple of days, it could take a couple of months. You posting stuff here will not do any good at all.

im pretty sure CCPs EUAL consists of "do nto stick your fleshy USB into co-workers PCI-E slots during working hours" and "needs moar beer/cowbell" the EULA may be what your looking for though..

And which character in Goonswarm are you trying to get banned?
If you filed a petition and it had a result you didn't like ask to have it escalated or send it to the oversight area if you think it was handled improperly.
I would refrain from using the forums as an outlet until after you have exhausted all formal means with CCP. Then if you must do a dump - name and shame and let the general public gauge it.

And just how, as a private citizen, would you get that information without a lawsuit in place and a couple of subpoenas, one to Ebay for discovery, and one to the card issuer's bank also for discovery?
Not to mention prejudicing your own case by discussing in a public forum (literally)?
I detect copious amounts of both forgery and fail here, CCP should notify law enforcement in your billing area of your attempted forgery - which may or may not be a felony in your area, but is certainky a crime in most parts of the world.

End User Agreements Licence's have not been declared illegal by anyone. It all depends on the case.
Second Life's EULA was found to be too biased in their favour and so was ignored by a judge.

Very relevant. This entire thread was ment to troll people by the OP. If that wasn't obvious to you, you haven't spent much time on the intertubes. KenZoku is finally catching onto why GoonSquad has been such a PR Success to the game community at large by painting them as a bunch of morons who exploit continuously to get ahead. The metagame has been going on far before the incident in January which made history.
And, as Mad Magazine would say, what, me worry? I don't have a stake in either alliance, but I do have to say KenZoku seems to have a reason they want to Metagame the Goons and their allies.
