Well, imagine that I've invested some isk as well in the project and that was never reflected in the number of shares. I'm actually the top investor and project manager which means I had direct access to info you people did not and also had a personal interest in resuming production.
You own 200 EWG Holdings shares which I will happily buy back right now if that is your wish.

Since you have not reflected your investment in shares, you have no vote there. You can do what you want with your money, but the public investment is tied to the shares and you have not them.
There were practical reasons for not reflecting my investment in the number of shares.

You issued the vote, nobody asked you for it. Why did you offered the liquidation if you were not going to do it? I suspect it was a strategy to allow your expansion and/or improve the trust of your investors thinking nobody will pick liquidation (That or to buy secretly shares at half price, the mistery continues unsolved ;). You must not offer anything you are not going to do.
What can I say, I have a highly sensitive nature and cannot tolerate doubt and uncertainty. I have stated the purpose of the vote in the first paragraph of my post (my apologies if you missed it):
Quote:
Given the recent failure to raise additional funds and further develop my project I'm left wondering if I'm still enjoying the same level of trust the investors once placed in me by choosing to invest in the EWG Holdings IPO.
Since my investment was never reflected in the number of issued shares, those 3 options were just a means to quantify the said level of trust.

Interested? Of course. Buying in? Only if the corp name is worth paying for a share.
Now, now, Dzil, don't be greedy, you're already bought one share, leave some to the rest of the community, eh?

Assuming Athre fulfills her reservation, I still have 295 shares left. Is there anyone that wants those? I won't be able to transfer them until the 9th of June though. |

Confirmation of intent to increase my investment :)
That's very nice of you Athre, but we've already passed the event horizon. I will see to it that you get your investment back along with the interest for the current month.
