Im listing a bunch of features wich would in my eyes make 1.3 a dream patch, the next poster plz copy and paste the list and substract or edit or add features at their will that they would love to see in 1.3 and so on, where every next poster has to copy and paste from the poster above him. lets see what comes out in the end.
My list:
- Jump bug being exterminated - all sound issues being completely fixed - probing interface being changed back to the one we had in apocrypha 1.0 - drop rates for t3 components being balanced out, as in the items which are to hard to acquire would be dropping more commonly so that the t3 production can get rolling - fix to the bug where you can take a FW plex by just standing there invisible - dedicated mining agents with worthwhile mining missions which require player input and cant be done afk - implementation of lvl 3 and 4 epic mission arcs - a slight overhaul of the FW missions, making them worthwhile and rewarding

That is an excellent list, I too would be very happy if that were the case.
I'd even consider it in order of priority from top to bottom.

1. get rid of the splash in the puddle gate pre-jump effect and just let us fade to cloak 2. Bring back the old warp effect - instead of this square/rectangular pixelated one. 3. Make Nos look good again, the red/orange lighting up the field used to look good. 4. Cyno - old /signed 5. Warp gates. old, electrical energy tentacles. 6. scanning interface from apoc 1.0

- added a new (awesome) graphics effect for capital ship jumps - significantly dropped the volume of polymer gases (especially of C32) - increased drop rate of tech3 datacores - increased reverse engineering success rate on wrecked ancient relics - added the possibility to choose which variant of subsystem to reverse engineer during the reverse engineer process - moved all lvl 4 agents into low sec systems (as part of the still too low "Boost low sec" campaign) - introduced interbus functionality. you now can let interbus deliver your bought goods inside a constellation for a small fee (we hope that this will dramatically reduce the importance of big, region wide trade hubs and therefor refresh the market) - introducing a new tool to empower the players: a small kinda "mission generation" tool, which helps you in creating roleplay events for other players. As part of reimbursements for us taking away Aurora and the famous and beloved ingame events which actually made the Eve universe come alive) - boosted rockets by 100% in damage to make them somewhere near as worthwhile as the other races close combat weapon types (althgough they still are sub-par in pure damage, you still have the added bonus of not having to worry about tracking) - boosted light missiles (decreased explosion radius and increased explosion velocity to actually make it possible to deal damage on fast frigates)

no bugs boost to projectiles, especially large arty buff rockets to make them viable
and give me 100 in each attribute so I can train skills faster
